Customer Service and Sales supports companies with inbound calls assisting customers with purchases, upgrading there account, billing inquiries, shipping inquires, returns, password reset and much more. Customer Service and Sales Opportunities will support companies with handling customer by in bound calls, chat or emails.

 Customers will be calling in because they have a problem with their services • Help resolve the problem utilizing  tools and troubleshooting guides on the first  attempt • Delivering the best in-home experience for customers • Ensuring they understand the value of their products and services • Assist customers with billing or video technical repair inquiries   • Resolve customers’ open issues or questions • Troubleshoot technical issues  • Determine business offerings that the customer does not currently have and make the  appropriate offer to upgrade and add on to their service.

 What to Expect When Servicing Capabilities of Top Performing Service Sales Partners  Opportunities. Inbound customer service calls from  Guests and  travel agents. Possible outbound calls to client-designated internal support  departments, client’s customers and/or client’s travel agent  partners for status and clarification purposes. Transferring of inbound calls or outbound calls to other client designated internal support departments or client account  representatives. Upsell members additional cruise packages to enhance the  member cruise experience.
